The Westin Jersey City Newport

Loved the breakfst, it really set us for the day. Also very convenient to get to Newport PATH station and over to NYC. The staff were very kind. They stored our luggage for free, so we could explore NYC on our last day.

Clean and large room. Very comfortable bed and good drawer and hanging wardrobe storage space. Good lighting and good air con. Good sized clean bathroom and over bath shower, though bath tub shallow and not suitable for a good relaxing soak. The hotel was in a great convenient location, easy short 2 min walk to both the Path and the Light Rail network. Giving 20 minute access to New York city and up and down the Jersey City neighbourhood respectively. 3 minute walk to Hudson shorelione with spectacular City Views of New York skyline.

room was good size but i was hoping for a room on a higher floor didnt eat at the hotel bed was very comfortable

Convenient to New York City, good restaurants close to property, staff was friendly and helpful, and the indoor pool was clean and open until midnight. The valet was extremely helpful as my battery died and they charged my battery without a blink.

Great room. Great restaurant. Bar closed too early. Not enough cabs available in the area. Would stay again sooner if the the room rate was a little bit more reasonable.
